Sara | Co-Owner and Deputy Manager
Sara has a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and has her Early Years Professional Status. Sara is the nursery’s Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO) and works in the Main Room and the office. Sara is the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at the nursery and is first aid trained and DSL trained. Sara is in the office 5 days a week, and provides cover for staff.
Tom | Co-Owner and Business Manager
Tom works mainly in the office, the gardens and also provides cover for staff.
Charlotte | Manager
Charlotte has a First Class Degree in Early Years Care and Education BA (Hons). Charlotte is in the office 5 days a week, and provides cover for staff. Charlotte is the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) at the nursery. She has 16 hr Paediatric, Forest School, Outdoor First Aid and Emergency First Aid at Work and has also completed Makaton Training for Parents and Carers Beginner’s Workshop and the Follow Up Workshop. She has a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and has completed DSL training.

Rachel | Main Room Lead
Rachel has a Level 3 NVQ in Early Years Educator and has a Paediatric First Aid Certificate. Rachel has a Makaton Workshop Level 1 Certificate and and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Kayteland | Nursery Practitioner
Kayteland has a Level 2 in Childcare and a Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools. Kayteland has 12 hr Full Paediatric First Aid and Forest School First Aid Certificates. Kayteland is currently completing her Forest School training and has a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Katy | Baby Room Lead / Nursery Practitioner
Katy has a BA First Class (Hons) Degree in Early Years and has a Level 3 Certificate in Forest School Programme Leadership. Katy is Baby Room Lead part time and has a Certificate in EYFS Care of Babies 0m+. Katy has Full Paediatric First Aid and Forest School First Aid Certificates, has a Safeguarding Children Certificate and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
Helen | Nursery Practitioner
Helen has a Higher National Diploma in Early Childhood and has an International Diploma in Montessori Early Childhood Teaching. She is Level 3 Forest School Trained and has a 12 hr Full Paediatric First Aid Certificate, a Certificate in Safeguarding Children and Young People and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.

Evie is currently completing her Level 3 early years apprenticeship. Evie has a Full Paediatric First Aid Certificate, has a Safeguarding Children Certificate and a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
